Tenancy Agreement
Your Tenancy Agreement is designed to help you to live safely, securely and happily in your home.
If you're a Nottingham City Council tenant, your Tenancy Agreement was updated on 1 April 2023. From now on, all new Nottingham City Council tenants will be issued with this and must sign this new Agreement.
Existing Nottingham City Council tenants will not be sent out or be asked to sign the new agreement. You can, however, download a copy of the updated Tenancy Agreement for your records by clicking here.
