Housing Surgeries

***Due to the coronavirus pandemic, all monthly housing options surgeries are sadly postponed until further notice.***

We’ll continue to follow Government advice and hope to continue surgeries as soon as we can. Please continue to check this page for updates.

In the meantime, if you need any support with a housing registration application, please contact us, including your name, address, date of birth, application number (if you are registered already), email address and contact telephone number.

A member of the team will be in contact – but please be patient as we are dealing with a higher than usual volume of requests.

Supporting documents

If you have supporting documents for your HomeLink application, email these to homelinkidentification@nottinghamcityhomes.org.uk . You can do this by attaching a clear photograph or a scan of your documents. To help us link these documents to your application, please include in the email subject header your application reference number and in the main body of the email your name, address and date of birth.

Housing surgeries

We hold drop-in surgeries every month to provide housing options advice and support. There are no interpretation services available at the surgeries. Please arrange for a family member or friend to come along to support you if needed.

If you’d like to register with Nottingham HomeLink at one of these surgeries, please bring along proof of your current address, signature and photo identification with you.
