Appealing a decision

You have the right to appeal any decision we make (for example banding decisions, decisions to close applications or if you're told you don't qualify to join the Nottingham HomeLink Housing Register).

The appeal should be made using the form below and should give the reasons why you do not agree with the decision that's been made.

An appeal should be made no later than 21 days from the date of our original decision. Unless agreed otherwise, we will complete the review within 56 days - although most reviews will be quicker than this.

We will confirm the outcome of your appeal to you in writing.
