We're improving our repairs process!

We’re excited to launch the first phase of our brand-new repairs management system on Wednesday 9 July.
From this date, you’ll be able to reschedule any new non-emergency repairs appointments yourself. So if something unexpected comes up, it’s easy to pick a new time that works better for you, with no need to call.
And this is just the start. Soon, you'll also be able to report your repair and track its progress online too.
We’re also introducing video diagnostics. This means we’ll be able to take a look at the issue in advance, helping us send the right people with the right tools and parts, helping us get things fixed right the first time for you.

There may be some delays in answering calls between Wednesday 9 and Friday 11 July, as our team adjusts to the new system. We really appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
